The development of this module came directly out of the frustration of our sales team who could not find a customer relationship and sales lead management system that would meet our needs.
All we wanted was the ability to implement a simple sales pipeline management approach. This approach involves creating opportunities with a potential value and close date, that are linked with leads or customers and that have related items and tasks including phone calls, emails, meetings, quotes and sales. We also wanted these phone calls, emails and meetings to integrate with Microsoft Outlook.

Tasks and Meetings
On entering the CRM screen the default view displays all your tasks in date and time order so that you can focus on getting what is important done. We all know sales is about working your sales pipeline and doing the numbers, PBSA POS CRM module makes this easy.
Create an opportunity, link it with a existing customer or new lead, give it a rank, status, potential dollar value and close date. Now you can create quotes and tasks and manage all your opportunities. The search filters enable you to sort your opportunities via rank, value and close date.
